"Meredith and Chris are amazing and very hospitable hosts. The cottage was the perfect location to rest, relax and unwind from busy everyday life. Very spoilt receiving home made brownies, jam and sourdough bread. Appreciated all those extra things like butter curls, freshly baked goods, fridge and pantry items and firewood. We felt very relaxed and welcome at little bird cottage."

"We stayed in the bowerbird cabin and it was magical. We’d go back in a heartbeat. The area was serene and there was wrap around windows, seeing the trees, hearing the birds and the rain drizzling the entire time felt like we were in another world. The ambiance of the warm lighting and little electrical imitation fire place was cosy and we spent many quiet moments snuggled together under a blanket on the couch in front of it. The cabin was a perfect base for our hiking trips. Exploring the land...

"Staff communications mix up placed us in an upgraded room and an hour later we were told we had to shift rooms the next morning. Staff helped with the move.Room lacked table and chairs making do with 2 lounge chairs and a tea trolley. toilet ran out of flushing water on several occasions during the night. Bed OK but doona much too heavy. Lovely setting, too bad bar and restaurant only open at weekends. We would not return."

There’s a convenience store downstairs (and a cafe … which I didn’t particularly rate my eggs bennie at). Patrolled beach is almost directly across the road. Bed was comfortable. "Very nice and spacious apartment. There is dinning, living room and balcony area. There are dryer and washing machine as well. Nice view and it is short walking distance to the beach. Daily cleaning service provided. Car parking is easy. Some area to touch up such as shower holder fall off and kitchen light to be changed but just give a ring and their handyman will come and fix it. Overall it is a Comfortable stay. Highly recommended."
