Wonderful place for fun and relaxation. Very roomy and wonderful to have a dock to go swimming off and wonderful to have a covered dock to tie our pontoon. Not to far from stores. I would recommend this place.
Location and lake access were excellent. Very easy walk to dock. Road and driveway were as listed for sure not a place for cars. Think it had been a while since anyone had stayed there. Had to sweep up and wipe some things down before using. Overall we had a nice stay with our family.
Over the last few years, we've rented several houses on Beaver Lake. This house would be one of our favorites! Our family (6 adults & 5 kids) were there for a week and had a great time!
The house is very clean, well furnished, with lots of room. The kitchen is small, but well stocked.
The large deck is great! With lots of outdoor furniture, Solo fire pit, and Green Egg charcoal grill. Lots of shade from the large trees and a grassy lawn out front.
Our family really enjoyed the private dock! It's great for swimming, fishing, and just hanging-out! It's located on a quiet cove away from the main lake. With a short, easy walk from the house down to the dock.
Check in and out was very simple: Plenty of space for everyone my son and his friends loved the bunkhouse space. The kids enjoyed the lilly pad and kayaks at the docks.
Brought a baseball team to NWA for the weekend. We all were completely satisfied with the lakehouse. Carter, the property owner, was very responsive and accommodating to our group. We’ll return each year if it available!
The cabin was clean & cozy. We didn’t use the detached bunk house but will next time when we take more family with us. There was plenty of room and the outdoor surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. We were only there for the weekend but wish we could’ve stayed for the week. If you don’t love this place then you just might be hard to please.
What a wonderful stay (3 nights) my family had at this property. Beautiful house with many extras! Everything from well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds,/linens, reliable WIFI, a Green Egg for grilling and a great fire pit with plenty of seating was much appreciated. Owner was quick to respond with any questions and/or needs which was the best testament of a great property owner/manager. Thanks for a wonderful stay to complete our celebration!
If you're looking for an amazing property with ample room for the whole family and a perfect back porch to enjoy a beautiful cove in front of a roaring Solo fire pit.....This is the place!! Peace and tranquility abound at this well-organized home that has every kitchen necessity you might need. A separate bunkhouse and an in-house sauna are an added bonus! Owner was readily available by phone and very helpful answering all questions. With a child at nearby UofA, it was the perfect way to get our family together. We will definitely be back!

Not Ready for Prime Time!
The house is large and well appointed (although the kitchen is the teeniest I've ever seen).
The first night we decided to grill steaks for dinner. Bad mistake. We took the cover off the grill and discovered a rusted relic that had seen its better days ten years ago. It was filthy and greasy. The center burner (of three) was broken so you could only grill on each end. One of the pans that catches cooking grease beneath the grill was missing so drippings from the meat went straight though onto the butane tank, or your shoes if you were standing too close. Technically, it did cook the meat, so I guess that's something.
The next morning, our family members sleeping in the guest room downstairs complained how hot they had been all night long, even though the AC was set on 72. We kept checking the thermostat the entire weekend and the actual temp never got below 80 degrees. I felt the air coming out of the vents and it was barely cooler than the outside air. They also mentioned that the bed was uncomfortable and swayed back and forth whenever one of them turned over.
Meanwhile, the bed in the main bedroom upstairs sags badly on the left side. In addition, the inner spring mattress creaks horribly every time you move.
Most of the decks needed power washing badly, or just a good sweeping. The main fireplace was FULL of ashes from a previous guest. For this caliber of property, it seems like the owners are just mailing it in.
This cabin is perfect for a large family. There are lots of beds, plenty of space, and fantastic views of the lake. The bunkhouse is awesome. There was a baby bed in the bunkhouse and one in the master bedroom if you are traveling with babies. The 4 queen bunk beds are located in the bunkhouse which is above the detached garage separate from the house but just 10 steps from the front door of the house. There is also a day bed at the top of the stairs with a trundle that my mother-in-law slept on and said was very comfortable. We had 12 people in our group and we easily fit well in this house and we were not crowded at all. My 23 year old son slept in the twin bunk bed and he is six foot and he fit fine in the bed. The kitchen is a little small but it was well stocked with everything that we needed.
Please understand, the property is located far out and off a gravel road. It is down a very secluded driveway that was difficult to find in the fall foliage but the views from this cabin are well worth the trip out. We were here to attend a Hog Football game and the drive in and out of town was a little long but the cabin was so nice, it was worth the drive. It was really cold when we were there and we had a fire the entire weekend and the cabin was very warm. The heat in the bunkhouse bathroom was the only place that did not work well. We loved this place and would love to stay here again.
