Our place is a spacious, bright, happy and very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the heart of Springdale! You will be so happy you didn't choose a cramped hotel room as soon as you walk into this place! I can't tell you how many times I've heard "wow this place is even bigger than I thought!" from our guests.
We are travelers too and very much appreciate clean, comfortable and well stocked places! So we definitely do everything we can to ensure that our guests feel at home here!
Our rental features two bedrooms each appointed with a queen size bed, always nice and clean linens and 4 pillows each bed, night stands and reading lamp. There is also a quaint open closet space in each room to hang your clothes and stash your bag. The sizable bathroom has a shower/bath combo and a toilet. The double sinks and mirrors are separate from it so that no one gets stuck waiting to brush their teeth before you leave for your adventure! There are nice bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a hairdryer, BAMBOO toilet paper, bandaids, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided. We do what we can to make you feel at home and covered!
Our full kitchen keeps it simple, but we've made sure it is stocked with everything you need. There is a full sized stainless refrigerator, oven and micro hood, dishwasher, dishes for 6, plenty of glasses, simple baking wares, spatulas, wine cork, knives, scissors, blender, a drip coffee maker and a french press (for those like me that prefer it). We stock dish cloths, towels, soaps and garbage bags. Some spices (but we keep it very basic). There is seating for 6 at the large concrete bar. Our kitchen and living room share a generously sized open room with 8 windows for you to enjoy the views of Zion!
We have newly added a queen size (NO springs, memory foam) hide-a- bed couch to go along with our super comfy couch. Oh yes, plenty of seating here. This allows for us to accommodate another 2 guests. ***Please let us know at time of booking if you will need the use of this so that we can leave extra sheets, pillows and towels. They are not always keep in the apartment. There is a small extra charge for over 4 guests. Please feel free to contact Zabrina if you have questions or concerns though! We are here to help.
There are 2 smart tv's in our apartment. One in the living room and one in the 2nd bedroom. We have Directv and a DVD player and guests are welcome to log in to their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. accounts on the smart tvs.
The easy to control thermostat for the heating and air conditioning is located in the hallway.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in this super fun and convenient apartment.

Located in the heart of Springdale, you will be able to park and easily walk around to local restaurants, shops and the shuttle stop. Truly a fantastic location!

A great place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, close to a good grocery store, coffee, a bakery, restaurants, shops, the bus to the park (free). Only 5 stops from the park. Would stay again.The only thing we missed was there was no laundry nearby. I believe there is one about a mile away.

A wonderful suprise! The pictures don't quite do this place justice. It is absolutely a little gem. It is super conveniently close to the Zion National Park entrance. Just park your car here, and hop on the Springdale bus to the visitor center and take the park's shutlle to the different hikes in the park. Our family had a wonderful time here. Thank you,

Very nice. Adjacent to a bike shop and never noticed them while inside. Tons of food within 1 block walk and other shopping.I would absolutely book here again visiting Zion.

Great place

Nice spacious open front room. Only one bathroom but large area and separated double sink and shower so people can use the sink while another is in the shower. Comfortable beds. Great location right by the shuttle stop.

We really enjoyed this somewhat quirky unit. It's on the ground floor adjacent to a bike rental and faces a parking lot shared with a restaurant on the main strip. Initially I thought it was strange, but I liked being on the main strip and walkable to groceries, restaurants and ice cream. Inside the unit is cheery and modern. The layout worked well for our group of 5. Access was easy and the AC and wi-fi worked well.

We were surprised by the size of the apartment. It was great for our family of six to come home and spread out after hiking in the park. Parking was tough but the owner showed us a trick to get a spot.

Convenient, Comfortable and Clean

This was the perfect spot to spend the first two nights of our Utah trip! Location is ideal, the condo is very clean and comfortable. It had a great layout for our family of 6. We appreciated the double sinks separate from the shower/toilet and the comfortable beds and pullout couch. We’d highly recommend this spot!

Fantastic rental

We came to visit Zion and found this to be our favorite spot. The kids could wander freely in the town. We walked into Zion and easily caught the Zion shuttle bus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There was also a cooler and ice packs to keep our lunches cold.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The rental is in the center of Springdale with restaurants, coffee shops and a bike shop within very close proximity. The rental is extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Great place in Springdale!

This was our base while enjoying Zion, an incredible park. The apartment was great - very spacious, very well maintained and great location in middle of this charming town. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located, clean stay!

We had an amazing time staying here. It was clean, the kitchen has everything we needed to cook there, and they even had hiking sticks for use! As a heads up, the floors are very thin, so did you are a light sleeper, the upstairs.unit may keep you up.
