The property was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. It was walking distance to the park and everything else we needed which was great! Parking can be an issue due to the restaurant on site. Recommend as a great place to stay when visiting Zion.

Flanigan's was the perfect respite while vacationing in Zion. The pool and hot tub made for a great afternoon or late evening escape. The property is well-located to both town and the Park, and is very well kept up. Enjoyed our time immensely.

When picking Flanagans, we were concerned about shuttle service, crowds, delays… We were lucky enough to go in late August when there were very little crowds. We were able to walk or even park at visitor center. However, if it had been crowded. Flannigan’s is a perfect location to walk to everything and avoid Springdale shuttles. Hotel was amazing – super clean, great pool, large double queen room, great restaurant, very friendly, helpful staff… Loved it would return again in a heartbeat.

The property was great and the location to the park is hard to beat. A couple of issues that need to be addressed are parking and pool cushions Parking is limited, especially when they have the bike tour groups present, they block off 8 spaces when they really only need 4. We had to park in the fire lane a couple of times as there was no where else. The pool furniture cushion are old and tired, time for a replacement. The restaurant did not impress, service was great but food was not up to par with the price

We love Flanigan’s Inn have stayed there 3 times. The staff is very accommodating. Location within walking distance to National Park entrance and the setting feels like you are in an oasis within the park.
