Nice safe neighborhood, Private access with garage door opener to 2,200 sq. ft. Lower level living quarters. Minutes from the U of A, malls, & more! 2 min. from I-49. 2 large bedrooms, with walk in closets , 3 living areas 1 made into sleeping quarters with two queen size beds. And one twin pull out. One full bath one half bath. Ping pong, foos ball, corn hole boards. Microwave, Keurig, electric cook pot. Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water, small refrigerator, flat screen t.v w/ cable & wifi. Private deck w/fire pit and large back yard. Washer & Dryer access.
