Perfect home for a family vacation, friends' trip, personal or business retreat, or an adventurers' base-camp!

Perfect Zion Group Stay

Ideal location in Zion - across the street from a park shuttle stop and within a 10 minute walk to many restaurants and shops. Quiet at night and perfect sized house for 3 couples or a large family. Host was very responsive and accommodating - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is spectacular and so is the view. The place is well furnished and set up to sleep good sized groups. Our family really liked looking at the previous guest's wall photos. There is a niced sized reserved parking area for several cars. I don't know if or when we'll make it back to Zion but I would happily stay here again.

What a view!

My family enjoyed this home immensely during our stay in Zion with a side trip to Bryce Canyon. It’s a lovely place to come home to after a day of exploring the wonders of Zion’s trails. So convenient to everything. Fully appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and baths. We highly recommend!

Perhaps the Best Ever!

We could not imagine a better base for touring Zion with two adult children. Location was unbeatable for the park and the commercial district, the photo decor was attractive and inspirational, and the view of Waychman was amazing

Great place to stay when exploring Zion!

Our extended family stayed here for two nights while exploring Zion. The location is great. It is close to the park and to the restaurants and shops in Springdale! We highly recommend staying at the Watchman View Gallery.

Perfect Stay Near Zion – A Memorable Experience!

This home was incredible! The location was unbeatable, just a short drive to Zion visitor center and offering stunning views of Zion National Park’s majestic mountains. Great and best location to stay at. Walking distance to many restaurants and less than 5mins away from the park. Host Katrina responded to us quickly whenever we had any issues In regards to the house.

Fall Family Vacation

The Watchman View Gallery was a great location for our family vacation. We were located close to the Zion park entrance and also close to stores and restaurants in Springdale. With 6 adults, we enjoyed that each couple had a bathroom and bedroom for themselves. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Would recommend to others!

Great location and lots of space.

We really enjoyed this place. It is extremely convenient to Zion National Park and all the restaurants, bike rentals in Springdale. I would definitely stay here again if I had a lot of people coming with us. Katrina was very responsive and addressed an issue with the lock that didn’t impact our stay. Kitchen is great for cooking with huge table to eat that has maps of the park under glass. Very special place!

Amazing house right outside of Zion

Our family recently had a great stay at The Watchmen. The house exceeded expectations and Katrina was very responsive. Everyone including our kids loved the house and were sad to leave. The location is perfect as you can walk to Zion (or 5 min drive), a grocery store and plenty of restaurant options. Do yourself a favor and book it if it's available!

Zoom gallery house

Lots of room for 6 people. There are 5 showers in the house, 2 with 2 of the bedrooms. Plenty of space in living room and kitchen. I loved being able to walk to the park entrance.

Everything… I mean everything was prefect. The location is awesome because you can walk to restaurants, shops, and the Zion park entrance. Parking is a pain at the entrance so being able to walk is priceless. The home has everything including laundry soup, TP, paper towels, spices for cooking etc. it was super clean and very well laid out. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were phenomenal! I imagine anything better.

Great location

Great location. Across the street from bus stop 4 and Camp Outpost, a great dinner option. The view is incredible and access to Zion is a breeze. The house is very Southern Utah. Utilitarian and great for groups of 5ish. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We did experience quite a few roaches and the house initially smelled like a possible fumigation attempt. Our group chalked it up to the desert SW. I would stay here again because of the unbelievable location.

Zion trip

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of town and very walkable everywhere. Also, relatively private area. House was well stocked with essentials. Unfortunately, we encountered a roach problem the night of arrival. After contacting the owner twice, she came out and tried to help alleviate the issue. It helped but the problem was not fixed completely. Owner was very responsive to our concerns. We'd suggest contacting her to see if issue is under control. Otherwise, the place was great.

We had a FANTASTIC experience renting this house! First, the house was very very CLEAN! So that was great. The house was also very well-maintained! Also a huge positive! Communication was GREAT. Great hospitality. Owners were very responsive and very personable and very easy to communicate with. And of course the location - the location is INCREDIBLE! - about one mile from the park entrance, in the heart of Springdale, convenient to great restaurants and of course to the entrance to Zion NP!! We highly highly recommend this house and would definitely rent this house again!! Thank you!

Our stay at Watchman View Gallery

Two adult sons and one 77 year old mom stayed here for a week. We loved it! It could sleep more people but for our group of one mom and two sons it was perfect: everyone had their own room and bath and lots of space to spread out. The hosts supplied generous kitchen stuff, including Keurig coffee pods, numerous condiments, and full kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. An issue with a missing remote control was quickly addressed. The location is right across the street from a Springdale shuttle stop but close enough to Zion entrance to simply walk, in, which we did one morning when traffic was backed up. The house is enhanced with large photos of Zion scenes on the walls. It was delightful to watch twilight arrive and wash out the colors on the Watchman rocks, as they progressed from brilliant red orange to cream to silhouettes against the night sky. You will fall in love with this house!
