Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

These townhomes are very comfortable and conveniently located for easy access to the park and dining in Springdale. Park your car and take advantage of the free shuttle into the park.
Townhome was perfect space for family of four. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and Springdale shuttle service to Zion Bational Park. Also short drive to Park entrance. Hosts were very responsive to any needs. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
This property was immaculate and beautiful. It was conveniently located next to Zion park which made getting in and out of the park easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay to explore the surrounding areas. We were able to travel to both Zion and Bryce National Parks and even managed a trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Loved the view from the back deck. Even though it is a townhouse in the middle of town, it was very quiet and peaceful.
This rental was in the perfect location! It is close to the restaurants and the bus stops, but it is far enough away to have a quiet, peaceful stay. The townhouse was clean and well stocked.

This well-appointed home makes a great base for a multi-day visit to Zion. In-town, so there are plenty of eating and retail options within a short walk. It was really nice to have a living room, indoor and outdoor dining in the townhome, and 2 bedrooms each with a full bathroom. Highly recommend staying with this host!
Stayed in this unit for two nights. Wonderful property and great hosts. Location is so convenient to park and local grocery store. Nicely stocked and very clean. Loved that each room has a separate private bathroom.

I stay I a lot of rentals. This is a good one. Very clean, great location, nice amenities. Nice market on the corner, shuttle to Zion just around the corner. Nice places to eat and shop. Kitchen has all you need if.luke us, you want to have breakfast in. Highly recommend
Great stay. Super clean, comfortable for our group of 4 adults. We cooked in for breakfast everyday and dinner 2 nights and had everything we needed. Central location, walk to shops/rest and Springdale bus stops. Communication with owner/host (Matt-Trista) was excellent. This is what a vacation stay should always be like. When we come back we will stay here for sure.
My friend and I came to Zion for our first hiking trip here, and we could not have picked a better rental. Besides it being incredibly clean and very well stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels, the location was amazing. It is literally right next to the cutest grocery store (with regular and specialty foods), right next to multiple restaurants, and about a 2 min walk to the town’s shuttle stop that takes you to the park. And somehow, even though it was so close to all of this, it was quiet as a mouse. We will absolutely stay here again!
My fam of 4 spent a few nights here while visiting Zion, Bryce, and a few other places. It was a great property and I'd be glad to return and spend another week. Location in Springdale made it easy to walk to shops/restaurants and catch the bus to the Zion visitor center down the road. One parking spot per unit, located on the side of the building. It was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and a Roku TV in the living room. Kids really liked it, too!
We couldn't of had a better stay, this was very homey.
Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were the same as we had at home. Used the Patio and upper deck every night.
Very quiet.

Great condo in perfect location to Zion National Park
Great condo. Well equipped kitchen including basics like salt and pepper, olive oil, soap, coffee and sugar. Condo is literally across the street from the Sol market. Short walk to bus stop, restaurants, and stores. Clean and quiet. Easy communication with owners and streamlined check in. Great extras like body wash,shampoo and conditioner in the shower as well as extra towels. Definitely a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to Zion.
Perfect townhome that seemed brand new! Great location just minutes from Zion entrance. Comfortable beds and great kitchen. Loved the upstairs patio. One slight issue: no easy access from parking to the front door. Have to walk up a gravel embankment then onto steppingstones that lead to the front door. Difficult to carry luggage, groceries, etc. Forget about rolling a suitcase. But would do it again for the great accommodations!
We loved our stay at this Zion townhome. It was super clean, modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable, and the views are superb. It was a great location, very close to the shuttle stop, grocery store steps away, and a multitude of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The Sol Foods Supermarket left us underwhelmed. We cook, rather than eat in restaurants, and the lack of fresh food necessitated a trip to La Verkin for supplies, so you might want to stock up on the way. Communication with the host was great. We highly recommend!
This is the first review I've ever written on VRBO. This property was perfect in every way. All of my above 5 star ratings are accurate. The location was unbeatable. We could bike right into Zion National Park. The town of Springdale is adorable (we could live there). This townhome was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The view from the townhome was amazing. To top it all off, the owners responded almost immediately to any/all of my questions! We had a perfect visit. Also - we highly recommend e-biking through Zion and you can rent the bikes almost next door to this home at Zion Guru. Thanks for a lovely stay! - Cristy
