Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was as listed- great location - grocery across the street, shuttle stop very close, clean, up to date, great amenities and comfortable beds. We highly recommend this VRBO.

We stayed in this townhome for 2 nights while visiting Zion. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you could need available. The grocery store is right across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very close to park entrance. Recommend this place highly!

Hosts were very responsive on two very small issues/questions we had during our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Condo was clean and well appointed. We could have shown up with just clothes and the condo had everything we needed. Close to shuttle stop #5, a grocery store, resultants and a gas station. Unbeatable view!
This was a perfect place to stay for our short week visiting Zion. Clean and easy parking right in the middle of quaint Springdale, we were able to walk to most places. No complaints!
We had an amazing stay at Matt’s townhouse!LOCATION: Location could not have been better - walking distance to most everything in Springdale, right across the street from a great little grocery store & a 2 min walk to the shuttle bus to the park. TOWNHOUSE: The townhouse was very clean, had everything you’d need for your stay and included both a terrace and upper deck with seating. Matt also included a wonderful book with local suggestions for dining and hikes (which we often find lacking in vacation rentals).COMMUNICATION: I’d give Matt more than 5 stars if I could. I’m not sure why, but I seemed to have more questions than normal before our arrival. Matt was patient, always quick to respond and always with great info and help. I would 100% recommend this rental to anyone visiting Zion.
Perfect spot to stay while exploring Zion (other than in the park presumably). Townhouse is nicely done and had plenty of room for us and our two teenage boys. Kitchen well appointed and best of all, the views!

The view from the property's balcony is great - right outside Zion National Park. The park shuttle is a very short walk and a great way for stress-free park viewing. Springdale is an adorable town enjoyable to walk and dine in.
