Comfortable Stay

This is our second stay in one of Sean’s homes. I can’t think of one negative thing to mention concerning our stay. Great communicator, easy entry, extremely clean, and lots of little extras to make the stay enjoyable. We will definitely be staying on our next visit to the area!

Great stay in Springdale

This is a very nice 2BR 1Bath unit with a spacious kitchen and very nice living room. Very clean and well kept. It was perfect for us to visit family for Thanksgiving weekend.

Perfect Stay!

This is our third time at this location, and this is our first choice when visiting Springdale. Extremely clean and comfortable townhome with all the essentials provided. Excellent communication from the property owner concerning the stay. He even warned us of an impending storm in case we needed to modify or travel plans! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

Very nice place to stay. Easy access and convenient location. House was very clean and had all the needed amenities for a weekend stay. Only concern was the living room rug...kind of a trippi g hazard with the corbers. Highly recommend this place!

The place was very clean and taken care of well. Corner lot in neighborhood area (prob mid/lower income but no issues) and close to main road to get everywhere. Overall great stay!

Great and very clean!

Very Clean, everything is very nice and up to date. Kitchen is stocked with many dishes an types of glasses for any occasion. Comfortable bed, great tv. I could not think of anything I would be looking for that was not there. Would stay here again anytime in the area.

This townhome was perfect! The location was good and not too far from Fayetteville. Sean, the host, communicated with me well and promptly. He was awesome to work with. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be looking for one of Sean’s properties.

We ended up having to leave and not spending the night due to my husband having to deal with a timely work matter but the property itself was wonderful! It was so clean, the decorations were so calming and the perfect size! The owner was almost immediate to respond with messages before and during our quick stay and was unbelievably helpful when we had to quickly pack up short after arrival. When we come back, we will definitely be staying here!

Very nice

The home is lovely and well appointed (although the kitchen could use a pair of hot pads). Everything was clean and the king bed was very comfortable (we didn’t use the queen bed and can’t comment on that). The neighborhood is very quiet. Communication with the property manager was excellent, despite an apparent glitch with VRBO’s app (I can’t check messages in the app - I have to go to VRBO through the website - very frustrating).
