We absolutely loved our stay. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants and a 2 minute walk from the Springdale shuttle stop 5. The charm of this place was awesome from the historic building to the patio in back.
My stay at Under the Eaves was fantastic. My room was spotless and so comfortable. The bed was wonderful. Everything was well thought out and exactly what was needed. Great communication with the front desk/owners.
Quaint little b&b with a beautiful garden! Breakfast was next door at Oscar's and we ate dinner there too. Absolutely wonderful and cater for vegan/vegetarian. Got the granola with oat milk for breakfast both mornings... splendid and filling!
The main house was a great location and easy to get around. All 3 bedrooms are together in the lower level with the only bathroom in the middle of them. If you aren’t a close group, that may be an issue for privacy!
We had the hiker's room, and it was by far the smallest room I've ever been in (maybe 8x10 not including the bathroom). We had two twin beds with a dresser in between. There was about a foot and a half at the foot of the bed to the wall. We would have had more room without the dresser. Bathroom was also small. Walking around the property, it was pretty and well kept. Looked like all the units were small. Conveniently located. Easy walk to find food and close to park entrance.
Wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect. Bed was sooo comfortable and it was a lovely place to stay and so close to Zion entrance. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the porch.
In addition the breakfast at Oscar’s was one of the best I ever had.
Was a last minute decision to go to Zion and was looking for a ln inexpensive option since we weren’t going to be in the room much. We were in until 2 and it was tiny, like toilet in the shower tiny, but it had everything we needed. Great location and AMAZING BREAKFAST included at Oscar’s. Staff was super helpful and communication was great. We took a dip in the hot tub too and it was lovely. Would stay again in a larger unit next time. Only complaints were that it was loud being across the hall from another family that got up at 5 am. We could hear every word of their convo. Also bed wasn ’t the greatest but good enough for a single night stay. Thanks for having us!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Under the Eaves. There were so many details that they excelled at. The room was spotlessly clean, the decorations were great. The bed was super comfortable with perfect sheets and blankets. They had hand-crafted soaps for the location. There were lots of places to hang out and meet the other guests, like an outdoor firepit, and a group dining area. There was also a hot tub that was so perfect after a long day of hiking. Checkin was super easy. Every detail was flawless and we felt well taken care of.
The property in general is well maintained and has lovely ambiance. I stayed in room 3. The room was very small and had almost nowhere to set anything. The toilet was inside the shower which I assume was done to conserve space. Located very close to the Zion NP entrance. There's also a hiking trail behind the facility. Surrounded by shops and dining options within walking distance. If I stayed here again I would get one of the larger rooms. Keyless entry was very convenient. Free breakfast is provided at a local restaurant, though I did not partake. A good place for a single adult or couple to stay if visiting Zion. Did not appear kid friendly.
Such a cute little place. We loved everything about it. We were able to walk around the town and enjoy everything the town had to offer. Highly recommended place to stay.
We didn't meet the staff. We were in and out pretty quickly. The room was super cute! Didn't realize how small but it was fine for us. Just fits the queen bed but cute decor and very comfy bed. Loved the outside, the backyard had lots of seating and games. We didn't use the hottub. I would definitely stay there again as it was across the street from Zion Guru where we rented equipment and the market was there. Lots of good food around and easy to walk. 5 stars from me.
