Our first room had an odor and the customer service person happily changed our room. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Have stayed here in the past with no issues, but this was terrible. Bed was hard as concrete and the heating unit annoyingly loud. The lady at the front desk Thanksgiving morning was great. She gave us two king comforters to make pallets on the bed to make it a little more comfortable. Give her 5 stars+ hotel comfort 1 star. Should be called Uncomfortable Inn
