Best hot buffet choices and the staff in the dining area was beyond helpful and courteous! The outdoor dining area with umbrellas for shade was lovely. I would stay here again for sure.

The location was convenient to town. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was better than most and the dining area was comfortable and clean. Bed and room was comfortable although the room lacked USB outlets. We were on the first floor near the lobby, ice machine and laundry but you’d never know because it was quiet. Good soundproofing! Housekeeping freshened up the room per our request. Nice to come back to a well made bed and a tidy room. We stayed 3 nights while visiting family. We would definitely stay there again.

The room and bathroom were clean, and very comfortable. My stay was pleasant, and the breakfast had lots of variety and was sufficient for my needs. I will definitely book the Fairfield again.

The Fairfield was the perfect choice for our three day event in Easthampton, we are very pleased to give the facility and staff a high satisfaction rating. Breakfast was awesome, plenty of healthy choices, delicious egg entrees, fresh fruit, toppings such as walnuts, pumpkin seeds, granola, dried fruit, FIY waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, juices, coffee bar, hot/cold water, comfortable dining room, and attentive kitchen staff - ten stars!! The room was clean & comfortable, well-equipped with towels, coffee station, fridge and microwave; if a couple more hooks were added in the bathroom, it would be 11 stars!! Housekeeping staff were friendly and available, but impressively busy with their tasks.

Upon arrival 2 receptionist greeted us 1 was a but off as we asked for a kettle in the room to make tea...told we would have to conform.....as a big company surely they cater to all or at least be polite. Breakfast ceased at 9am sharp and little was left at 8.40am. Apart from that the hotel was clean, parking was easy, it was within walking distance to the restaurants etc.

I loved that this was an easy walk to all the shopping and restaurants in Northampton. Having ample parking was also great. We were just a short drive to Amherst and Springfield as well which was convenient. This hotel was a great location. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. I enjoyed the healthy options for breakfast and the coffee was good.
