This cozy cottage is safe, clean, extraordinarily quiet and nicely appointed. Perfect size for a couple or small family. It is steps away from the lake, walking distance to the Southwick Rail Trail, a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and 20 minutes to Bradley International Airport.

Lovely place for our family vacation!

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed to sit on the porch in the afternoon watching birds and squirrels. Kids loved the TV and candy jar of course. Highly effective air condition, but a bit noisy - might just be us Norwegian that is not used to AC however. The nearby Southwick rail trail was perfect for jogging/powerwalks in the morning. Great communication and follow-up during the stay. Recommended!

This is my 3rd stay at Linny's house in Southwick. What a beautiful house. So cute and comforting. High end mattresses and bedding. Each room is so wonderfully decorated. One small detail that we suggest: a hard backed chair for older folks that have issues getting up out of soft furniture. It's a cozy house with all the amenities. My daughter appreciated the Roku tv and the candy jar!!

Perfect Quiet Place For Us!

This place was perfect. We drove over 4 hours to get here for Six Flags and Stanley Park and this was a welcoming and wonderful quiet location for our family. The only thing to note was the AC situation. The bedroom with the king bed that has AC was very hot and the AC was broken. We did reach out to the host and they were very responsive but still it was an inconvenience. The location was great, the house was overall clean and we loved being able to walk down to see the lake. Thank you to wonderful hosts!
