The only time I spoke with staff was really during check in. She was polite and respectful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. When we were eating breakfast and before we left I noticed that the person working front desk kept going outside to smoke. People were looking for the front desk person but she was still outside. Otherwise it was great.

As expected. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a good nights rest. Carpets were starting to be worn and had that slightly musty smell.

My stay was great! Relaxing after a full day of work. But the best part of the trip was how wonderful your staff treated me! Madison was awesome and so kind! She offered great advice on local sites, restaurants and answered my queries with great enthusiasm. I missed her on her days off! So glad she was at the front desk the day I checked in! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and it was very quiet. The bed was ok, the mattress was a little on the hard side but not bad. I would stay here again if I’m ever in Jacksonville.

Clean and Comfortable

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool was functional, breakfast was decent. May have been a bit understaffed because we had to wait quite a while at the front desk. They were pleasant and professional. Overall a good experience.
