Historic Walnut Street Huge Home 8 bedrooms 4 bath

One block from MSU and a few blocks from down town. Perfectly situated in Springfield for whatever you are looking to do. Plenty of off street parking. Two kitchens three laundry, ect. Huge wrap around porch. Newly remodeled. Also. This house has stairs up and down. We have remodeled the two car garage into a one bedroom apartment. If you would like to rent it, please let me know. It is available on Vrbo as well. The number is 411772. That is the property ID. It is a separate unit and does rent separately, but you most certainly welcome to can coordination with the main house is on the same property shares the same parking space. The main thing about this particular unit is it is a garage so there are no stairs. So if you have young people or old people, this is very good.
