Arrived early. Asked if we could get into the room earlier. Front desk clerk never looked at the computer, just said no, can't do it because of the weather and to come back later. She could have been more professional and at least suggested the lounge area within the hotel until our room was ready.

Location is great. It could do with some updating.
The price of the rooms were increased from the price of booking. The curtain hem was torn. The noise level was high. Needs an indoor pool.

Bad smell
The hotel had a bad smell in the hallway and our room. Breakfast service was not good. They were out of a lot of things, with a lot of time left for serving breakfast. I had to ask for things that should have been out (forks, cream cheese). I do not plan to stay here again.

It was great, just could use some updating. There was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls. Otherwise it was very clean.

The entire stay was very easy and although the name has changed the experience was still very nice. The bed was very comfortable. We will continue to stay at the Q Hotel in the future.

I had to stand at the front desk for a couple of minutes before anyone came out to let me check in. My room had clearly been a smoking room before the hotel was remodeled (or maybe even more recently) and it smelled stale and gross. The bathroom was marginally clean. The breakfast was disappointing in that the hot food was stored in plastic containers under hot lights. All the dishes were styrofoam and plastic. It was just not up to the price I paid for the room.

It was close to where I needed to be and the price was good. But the hairdryer kept shutting off, the shower curtain was too short so the bathroom flooded a bit and the breakfast was not good

Everything was great with the exception of the shampoo and conditioner was so small and the bottles were so hard you could squeeze them hard enough to get anything out. Also the water pressure in the shower was terrible

I booked because I was told they had a nice outdoor pool - when I checked in I ask the front desk woman what time did the pool open - She said; “ 8 am”
Turned out when I wanted to take my swim for health reasons I was told the pool was closed for the season last week.

I stayed in this hotel before it was the Q and loved it. Decided to give this one a try for the weekend. It was great, but would have loved to of had a fridge and microwave.

Should have more varieties of meats for breakfast, need a fridge in room, the double beds need to be bigger, I’m pretty sure the one we had was a full size each.

The lobby was under construction when we stayed and unfortunately, we weren't notified. So cleanliness got less than stellar grades because of the dust and construction stuff. The room was good. Location good if attending a Cardinal game. Too quiet of an area if not.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The only issue we ran into is that the one of the outlets in the bathroom did not work. We noted this to the staff when checking our.
