I spent four nights in hotel umass. Very convenient location and parking. Worcester Cafe is just across street and you can eat free if your college child is on meal plan. Highly recommended.

It’s great that the university supports an on campus hotel. Staff was friendly and responsive, property is extremely convenient to all points in Amherst. Everything was clean and well maintained, but with that said a refresh should be in the 5 year plan.

Great location for touring UMass Amherst. Property could use a renovation. The bathroom was tiny with an awkwardly opening door. Beds were comfortable. Staff was welcoming and professional. Breakfast was similar to a Hampton Inn.

Hotel was good. You do have to add in parking when doing your cost comparison, and the breakfast was only a continental type offering. Otherwise, it was fine for an overnight stay.
