Newly Remodeled Home near Downtown

  • Guests will enjoy quick, effortless access to Springfield from this centrally located home. Set amidst the four major universities; Missouri State, Drury, Evangel, OTC. One mile to the Springfield Cardinal Stadium. Close to JQH and Juanita K. Hammons. Enjoy your evening in Downtown Springfield less than two miles from our location. Convenient and well placed for your trip to Springfield.
    The space
    Guests will enjoy this entire 2 bedroom home with covered front porch for relaxing, fully fenced backyard with fire pit/grill , spacious living and dining area, open kitchen for cooking, and convenient location to universities, hospitals, nightlife, and sporting events. No pets. Washer/Dryer available for guest to use. Plenty of free parking available. We have Rokus for both TVs.
