The Space:

Paradise by Tiny Away is nestled in the peaceful countryside of Springfield Flat, offering sweeping rural views and a true sense of escape. Just five minutes away is the charming town of Romsey, Victoria, known for its relaxed country atmosphere, historic pubs, and community markets. Melbourne is an easy hour’s drive, while nearby highlights include sightseeing at Hanging Rock in the Macedon Ranges and dining at Romsey favourites like Verdure Bistro and Soltan Pepper.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings, except the land host's private residence.

Paradise by Tiny Away sits in the quiet countryside of Springfield Flat, just 5 minutes from Romsey, Victoria, and about an hour’s easy drive from Melbourne, with nearby attractions including Romsey Ecotherapy Park, local dining spots such as The 1860 Romsey, Verdure Bistro, and Soltan Pepper, as well as convenient supermarkets like IGA and Coles in Romsey for stocking up on food and drinks, plus popular sightseeing destinations like Hanging Rock in the Macedon Ranges.

Other Things to Note:

- No Wi-Fi available

- No smoking allowed

- Six bottles of water will be supplied.

- Gas and Wood BBQ grill is available, upon request from the host in advance.

- Please note this property is not suitable for kids.

- Pets are permitted only with prior approval from the host.

- All mobile service providers have strong signal coverage on the property

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
