Friendly staff, room was clean for the most part. A few bathroom linens were stained or slightly soiled, but I was able to use a clean set of each type. Bed was comfortable, would stay again, especially for the price and convenience of location to downtown.

staff was slow to come out to help when you where at the desk. I needed to do laundry they advertise self laundry and I went all over looking for the laundry room only to find out it was not operational at this time. Our tolite got plugged and my husband had to go to the desk at wait forever to be handed a plunger to bring back to the room; and then had to bring back down to the desk. Room was clean and they are just taking over the hotel. Price should have been cheaper for what you get.

this was our 4th time here, used to be good. first they said they were under renovations WHERE? couldnt find ice. limited breakfast means NO food, cold coffee, maybe an apple cereal no milk, waffle station no mix, to make any, a few muffins, absolutly nothing,, coffee in the room means no creamer,sugar, stirrer. the good thing was the bed was good and clean . will NOT stay again

Charles at checkin and the rest of the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was a bit lacking but that had been explained before I booked. What we had was sufficient for our needs so an observation and not a complaint. Easy parking downtown and walking distance to the bars. Would happily stay here again.

I think this is a nice hotel (especially for the price). The staff was friendly and it was well taken care of. My only complaint was that there is no refrigerator in the room.

The building was nice and the staff was very friendly. The walk from the conference location at night takes you through some rough areas with panhandlers and homeless people.
