"We had a great time and enjoyed the amenities definitely great for families or solo travel alike. Little of everything."

"Enjoyed the four night stay in early May. Lancaster can speak for itself but the hotel was a good value. I understand why the pool was cold but the hot tub made up for it. Don't think we had a microwave in the room We were in the old section near the lobby. I liked the lobby and it had free coffee. I never could catch it full though. The lighting in the halls and room was a very dim yellow that gave a cozy but inadequate hue. Good area near many good things."

"Breakfast was terrific. Everything was fresh and delicious. Omelet bar was great. They offer a big variety of breakfast foods"

"Bathtub very old and dingy and dirty. Bathroom sink very slow drainage. Staff was very polite and courteous. Parking was nice and clean. The butter container was always empty. The butter was a shared container. They should invest in individual butters. No eggs, or any type of meat. They only put out 4 bananas. No elevator."

"The staff at the hotel were nice. When you call the hotels 1-800 number with a problem with scheduling, they just brushed me off and said they can't help. That is the reason for my score. The bed was comfortable"

"Generally clean and functional room. A little dated (no usb outlets). Out of soap for our stay. "

"Room was not ready 4.5 hours after check-in. No manager on site and no comp or discount given. Couldn't cancel either, just had to wait in the hotel lobby after traveling 2+ hours to check in. "
