"Out of 1900 spent on this reservation I walked in spent 10-15 minutes inspecting property left and went down the road to a holiday inn. I called about getting a refund and only got 200 back and still haven’t got my deposit back either I don’t believe and this is from about 3 weeks ago. The pictures don’t match at all for what’s actually there. There’s no AC so don’t book before realizing that. Bugs in corners/kitchen/bathroom, some crawled out from the fridge. Top Spruce Hotel Reviews

Days Inn by Wyndham Alpena

Days Inn by Wyndham Alpena

10/10 Excellent
"My stay at this hotel was definitely five stars. The room was so clean and it actually smelled clean. It was beautiful when I left for the day. I came home after work to a very cleaned up room. I didn’t expect new towels, wash sink. My bed was made, the floor was vacuumed, garbage was emptied. It was really sweet that they did this for just a two night and 2 1/2 day stay. They were very pleasant, very sweet customer service. The breakfast was very decent, and I will stay there again and again when I’m in town. Thank you"
