Walk to the beach every day from this amazing location. Two houses -- Main House offers one floor living with a large queen bedroom, open living room and large kitchen with plenty of space, oversized full bath with a washer and dryer, and a cozy sunroom on the back of house overlooking the fenced in backyard. The Guest House outback offers a first-floor open space bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. The second floor of the Guest House offers an amazing game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball & also a card table. Located so close to the shore you can hear the water. A 5 min walk to Clark Island Beach where you can enjoy the nature and freedom to walk and hike the island trails.

Great place with fenced yard.

Worked perfect for our 5 day layover with dogs after long road trip. Clark Island trails just down the road with great restaurant.

Nice house. Great location!

We loved that we could walk to the beach! My husband and I were traveling with our two young kids and my parents and having the “mother in law” apartment was perfect! The host and the property manager were very responsive and great hosts.

Magical

We loved our stay here. The house and yard were immaculate and the game room was a huge hit with our kids! The setting is magical. We walked daily, swam or waded, biked, and explored. Really appreciated the dog-friendly yard, too. Highly recommend the area and this rental. And when we had questions, we got a response right away.

Early August beach getaway

We had a great time. The property was well stocked with everything you would need for daily beach trips, conveniently stored in the shed. The back yard fenced in garden was beautiful and our dog LOVED it. At least some areas were always shade covered throughout the day, and who can beat walking just down the road in the afternoon for doggie ice cream and a cocktail at the Clark Bar while watching the ocean! Plenty of indoor and outdoor games to choose from after a day at the beach. Highly recommended property!!

Very nice, relaxing place to stay.

Although it is secluded, there are many places and things to do within a short drive. The property is very nice but when we first arrived the place smelled like an old house although it has been redone. The cleaning people need to clean better. On the floor behind the headboard and the dust on the end table in the living room. Not to mention the dirty slats on the headboard. We were not aware of the detour, which would have been helpful. This property is about 10 houses or so from the ocean. The pictures describing the property gives the assumption that it is adjacent to the ocean. Overall, it was a little pricey for the location and the overall value. But still relaxing.
