"This hotel is amazing. The rooms were beautiful and there was plenty of space, The bathroom was very nice and there was a walk in closet for your clothes. Parking was accommodating. We had breakfast right in the hotel and it was wonderful. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but you may need to make reservations. The staff was friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip and hope to be back soon!"

"We had a wonderful stay! Both pools were amazing, and the staff was super nice and welcoming. A big plus was the citronella they spray early morning —there were noticeably fewer bugs at night, which made sitting outside much more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!"

"Third time at hr Innsbruck inn. Not easy to leave a comment because we would like this wonderful hotel to remain a secret as much as possible and leave it to us! Rooms, all amenities, location, staff, breakfast, everything is excellent. One thing we would like to see changed is for the air conditioning that are really too noisy."

"The rooms were large and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would change and it is very small is change the coffee. It was the worst. Maybe also add a small maker to each room and an iron .. Overall the it was very good."

"The pools were the star for my grandkids. The evenings were cool but the outdoor pool was heated keeping kids happy. I wish I knew there was free coffee before the last day! It wasn’t verbally told to us at check-in. We also found out on the last night of available spaces for social gatherings playing games etc. There should be a written notice of amenities available. Other Hotels give you a list of WiFi passwords and other options available to the guests. We didn’t know what was available. Too bad as it was otherwise a great vacation but it put a damper on it."
