The house was great. We had a terrible problem with the keys and locks. We reached out to get it resolved and they brought us copies of the same keys. On our 2nd night we were locked out of the downstairs bedroom because there wasn't a doorknob. Finally they sent a locksmith out at midnight. He fixed the front door lock and opened the bedroom door. After that everything was great again. We were told we would receive monetary compensation but nothing happened with that. Squamish is awesome and this house is very nice. Maybe next time if there's a problem they will send someone out right away to alleviate any stress.
