Our home is located 35 minutes from Whistler and just a quick 13 minute drive to downtown Squamish & a 4 minute drive to Squamish Valley Golf Club.

This property, conveniently located in prestigious University Heights, is private and bordered by big trees, hedging and landscaped garden.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (one king and two queen beds) with master spa like bath and a second spacious bathroom.
The main level includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and a powder room.
A huge two story back deck overlooks the pool and the mountains.

The space will accommodate 6 people in beds; plus there is space to sleep on the comfy couch; or there's lots of room for an inflatable bed.

The home is well insulated, with a gas fireplace and central heating and cooling to ensure comfort.

We provide guests access to our entire home. Guests can use all levels of our home including the laundry rooms and the backyard space. Our backyard/deck is fully fenced and includes a BBQ grill, pool and great mountain views.

Groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, post office, bike/ski/outdoor stores, yoga studio, gym, coffee shops and everything else you need are located at the bottom of the hill, which is a 5 min drive away or a 20 minute walk.

Great stay in Squamish
The property had an amazing view with lots of room for the group. The cupboards were well stocked with spices, utensils, dishes and appliances. Gorgeous deck was a nice place to socialize while enjoying the Mountain View. Beds were comfy Would definitely stay again
