Lakefront Minocqua Getaway: Dock, Game Room!

"Great stay on a beautiful little lake near Minocqua. Our family (3 kids 4 grandkids) loved the house and the private lake. We fished off the little dock and took advantage of the kayaks that came with the house and paddled around the lake for hours. The game room was a nice bonus and led to multiple, intensely competitive ping pong matches. The house was so nice the grandkids called it “wonderland”!The only negative was the dock. The house is suited for large groups but the dock is small and rickety. It was difficult to have even one adult on the dock with our four little grandchildren because it is so small. A ladder from the dock down into the water would have been nice also."

"This was a nice place to stay. Our family enjoyed the amenities of the lake toys, the docks, swimming area, the grounds and sand box. The beds certainly need an upgrade. The mattress on the queen bed in the room with the day bed sagged badly in the middle and the box spring on the basement king bed squeaked every time someone moved. The adults did not sleep well. The coffee table in the living room was falling apart and we sadly yelled at the children when they touched it because we were afraid they would get hurt if it fell on them."
