"The hotel is a great location staff were impressive. However we were never told about the building works going on extending the hotel rooms right by the pool area on the tenth floor. This which would have been an excellent tranquil experience was ruin by the constant grinding and hammering noise which never stopped. Also the levels of safety on display from the contractors working on it was shocking. No edge protection one worker nearly fell over a hundred foot drop when he stumbled. Not great to see, these guys were working for less than £5 a day for twelve hours. Debris and scaffolding poles did drop over the edge while we were there."

"From the point of our check in, the service & care provided was excellent. Misbah who was at the front desk promptly attended to us. He made us aware of the other options and facilities available. He was very helpful in arranging services from end to end going above and beyond. He is a credit to the Pullman hotel team . We loved our stay and all services from executive lounge to food at Thai Rasa restaurant . Also credit to Nisitha who was very attentive to us during our stay. Great staff, truly an asset to the hotel."

"Everything was absolutely great here EXCEPT they charged me a hefty fee to get into my room a few hours early after a long overnight flight when I just needed to sleep. The room was clean and available, but they didn't let me in without paying extra. I was already paying a lot for a nice room so that annoyed me. And I checked out the night before and of course they didn't give me any money back for leaving 14 hours early. A premium hotel with nice employees and excellent food. BUT little things like that charge for a room that was mine and empty will linger with me in my memory of their approach to their guests."

"The staff were excellent and super helpful/attentive. They help carry your stuff to your room when you first get in, and will always ensure that you have everything you need during your stay. The room was generally clean, but because of the humidity, it can sometimes smell damp if the AC hasn’t been on for a while. Also, beware in my room and my friend’s room, there was some mould on the shower grout (it’s all tiled). Additionally, (mine was fine) but my friend’s mini fridge in her room was not working. We were only staying one night so we did not mention it and just got her to put her stuff in my fridge, but that’s all to say that the amenities can be a bit hit or miss in that sense. I didn’t use the pool or gym though, so can’t speak for those specific amenities. The vibe of the place in general was slightly dingy but it was a good place to stay for our short stay. The location is convenient and you have a cargills nearby if you need to buy snacks/water/etc. I also slept really well because they have blackout curtains and it was very quiet (my room was on 4th floor)."
