  • Located in Sankt Blasien-Menzenschwand in the picturesque Black Forest, this 130 sqm apartment in an over 300-year-old original Black Forest house accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, washing machine, and clothes dryer. Additional amenities include a baby bed, high chair, toys and books for children, and ski storage for your convenience.



    Step outside to enjoy your private garden featuring a seating area with grill and mountain views. The shared sauna is uniquely built into a trailer in the garden with an adjacent seating area that catches the evening sun next to the large valley meadow. A mountain stream flows directly past the sauna, providing natural cooling after your sauna session.



    You have access to 4 shared on-site parking spaces, and public transportation is conveniently nearby. Beach towels are provided for your stay. Shared bicycle storage is available on the property. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



    The Menzenschwand Valley offers designated tours perfect for hikers, mountain bikers, and winter skiing enthusiasts. Nearby Schluchsee provides opportunities for swimming and various water sports. During summer, the village features a paragliding school. Schwarzwaldromantik mit Garten und Sauna und ganz viel Charm!

Pros: Es war super sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit guten Pfannen und Töpfen, Schüsseln,... Der Kühlschrank hat auch ein Gefrierfach. Es ist alles vorhanden. Gewürze, Kaffeefilter etc. vpn vorherigen Gästen werden nicht vom Vermieter weggeschmissen sondern bleibt vor Ort! Bäder und Klos sind modern und sehr sauber. Genug Handtücher sind vorhanden. Wenn man den Vermieter kontaktieren will ruft man ihn am besten an! Ein Pläuschchen mit ihm zuhalten lohnt sich alle mal. Dann erfährt man, das dass Haus/Stall 300 Jahre alte ist und noch viel mehr! Ein wirklich sehr netter Herr, der uns auch gesagt hat wann die Reinigungskraft kommt und wir bis dahin Zeit haben. Die Sauna im Anhänger sah sehr gemütlich aus, Handtücher gabs dort, aber sie kam bei uns nicht zum Einsatz. Der Garten mit Terasse und Kohlegrill ist ausladend mit Blick in die Natur. Mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichtete, charmante Wohnung. Bis hoffentlich ein weiteres Mal! Cons: Absolut nichts anzumerken!
