"A very solid option, and I would recommend it overall! PROS: -The place is BIG! It felt like your own apartment a way from home as it had it's own private entrance and felt quiet. The 2 bedrooms were a decent size, there was large dining room with a big 6-person table, and the living room had 2 couches and a TV with cable available. There was a big kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, pots/pans which was awesome. -Location was great! It's nestled on the outer edge of St. Boniface with a grocery stores and a bunch of cute cafes and restaurants nearby. It's about a 25 min walk to the Forks, which is very convenient. It is also right on the corner of 3 bus routes: D15, D14, and F7, so taking transit is convenient. CONS: -It's a little rough around the edges, the bathroom in particular. The caulking around the tub could use a big refresh as it was quite black around the perimeter. It also didn't have proper/good ventilation. We also had to kill a cockroach which was not pleasant. -From the listing I thought the unit had it's own laundry, but I guess it was in the basement and had to be coordinated with the folks staying downstairs. -The check-in and check-out instructions should be sent sooner than they were, as we had already left when they had been sent to us. -A bit chilly during October. The pros definitely outweigh the cons though, and I would recommend this place! Communication with the host was pretty quick too :)"
