"When arrived at the property the reception said he had no confirmation of the booking. I showed all the emails of booking confirmation made no sense to the receptionist. The pillow covers were stinking fowl. Terrible. No replenishment of toiletries Power tripped 6 times in a day Day 3 power tripped twice Key deposit refund delayed dont know why"

"We were cheated by travelio who took our deposit and refused to return when we check out. The apartment owner also have attitude issues"

"Please be noted strongly that this apartment had no boiler and any equipment to make warm water to take a shower. No shower by warm water. No cancellation after checked inside of room. The communication also very difficult as no response always and really BAD service, how come this kind of apartment was uploaded at HOTELS.COM ?"
