Private cottage situated on 2 acres with stunning lake views located in St. Charles. Mature treed lot on Lake Nipissing and only 10min to town. Enjoy multiple large private decks, BBQ, outside table/chairs, and a Solo stove fire pit to roast your smores. Stairs will take you to the waterfront with shallow sand entry for swimming and water activities or just enjoy the seating area for your morning coffee or peaceful nightcap.

Great view
The cottage sits on a slope up 40 feet approximately from water with a beautiful view of the lake.The stairs could use some improvements and extended down to the water for elderly people. The garage with darts and ping pong was great for the rainy days. The boat house was a bonus also.

Great little cottage
It was a nice little cottage with all the things you would have at home. Clean and organized. The lake was nice and the boats were a great addition. It was quiet and pretty private. Great views and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
