The staff was phenomenal. Even at check in the front desk person told me my floor but not my room for safety as to not announce my room number out loud which I really appreciated especially traveling with small children. He went above and beyond when I needed an extra blanket and even let me pick mine out. I got 3 hours away and realized I left my Apple Watch in the room, called back and they put it in the safe for me!

Check in was really good. Wendy did a great job. As far as the room, the A/C was not good. Turned it off because it never shut off after achieving the desired temp. No ice bucket, even after calling front desk. Room completely dark which made going to the restroom dangerous. Suggest a dimlight in the room along the path.

Quick getaway

Very nice rooms and very clean. Breakfast was good and had a great variety. We will definitely be back. The mall was literally right beside the hotel so made it for easy shopping.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was great. Only negative would be all the smokers by the rear door at most times of the day while we were there. But at least they were outside so that's good. Maybe move the smoking area a little further away from the door? But all in all a great place to stay.
