Step into this charming sunlit living room with beamed ceiling & serene, neutral palette that complements the decor. The French doors & windows fill the space with natural light. The spacious seating area includes a comfortable pull out sofa, an armchair, accented by stylish patterned pillows & vibrant modern artwork. Relax & unwind with the convenience of a Roku streaming TV sitting atop a distressed console. A wooden dining/workspace table adds some versatility to the space.

As you move towards the bedroom, you will pass through the kitchenette that contains your basic necessities. Across from the kitchenette you will find a spacious bathroom fitted with tub/shower combo, large counter space & your basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The property was in close proximity to St. Francisville & Baton Rouge. It was quite, a nice neighborhood, comfy, & clean.

Refrigerator was a bit loud. Apt was clean,super quiet, and nicely decorated. TV was a bit different with Roku, but we are older and less experienced. It did work for us.
