"The house itself is great, and very spacious!Ken was a cordial host and we appreciated his efforts to help make us comfortable during our stay.However, the home was not cleaned out of his person possessions, i.e, closets, pantry and refrigerator and freezers! All were very full of a lot of things!I did ask for the refrigerator and freezer to be emptied and he did it for us, but it was very awkward being in a bedroom full of others things.He did heat the pool for us which we enjoyed very much! I just don’t k ow if he was familiar with VRBO policies fully yet."

"The house was great for our needs. Came in for an LSU football game. It was in a great location just away from the hustle and bustle but easy to get to and from the stadium. Great location if you can leave the stadium turning left on River road. Quiet neighborhood, a/c worked great, house was clean and beds were comfortable!"
