Estancia Pool Resort #S101 | Poolside View

  • Summary:

    This spacious condo features 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 & 2 have KING beds and private bathrooms. Bedroom 3 is a perfect place for the kids as they will be together but all in their own beds. There are two bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twins on the top. All of the bedrooms private en suites connected to them as well as ample storage.

    This condo is a ground floor unit and has easy access from the patio to the swimming pool/hot tub. To sum up, It has everything you are looking for!



    The Space:

    Estancia Resort is a new resort with a large pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and playground.



    ​​​​​​​Please be aware that there is construction going on for a new community being built across the street. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, you may experience occasional noise or dust from nearby construction. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues to develop and we're confident you'll still enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay in our beautiful home.

Beautiful peoperty!

The property was beautiful and exactly as listed in the pictures. It was very clean when we arrives, and the check in was smooth. There wasnt much for basic spices or coffee filters, but this couls have been an oversight/one off. All in all, great experience!

Beautiful condo with 3 en suites and open concept. Pool & jacuzzi were nice. 2 problems though: 1. Arrival info was incorrect, both address and entry code. Took multiple calls and 1 hour to gain access. 2. Bathrooms were dirty. Hair in tub and 2 toilets dirty.

Amazing location, a wonderful unit, and truly everything was exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in right away. The area itself was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. Communication was smooth and timely, and every detail matched (or exceeded) our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.
