Fantastic 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo at Sports Village

Great condo in St. George. Located in Sports Village with access to Clubhouse, which includes pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, indoor golf, and play room. Access to the clubhouse and those amenities are free for up to 8 guests; any additional guests pay $3.00 per day per person to have access. Three bedroom, two bath, with full kitchen. Relax on the patio and enjoy the amazing views. Wifi and cable TV provided.

The master bedroom has a king bed, tub/shower, large walk in closet and a new 32" flat screen TV with DVD. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed as well as a twin over twin bunk bed.

The family room has a large sectional. The family room has a 50" television with DVD. Adjacent to the family room is a large dining area that seats up to 10 people comfortably. There is a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning or rewind in the evening on your own private patio.

For those of you who are outdoor enthusiast, there are are hiking, biking, and running trails within walking distance. 11 golf courses within 10 minutes of condominium! (several within five minutes!), Mesquite is right around the corner only 35 minutes with more golf courses and great casinos with fantastic buffets, and for you nature lovers, Zions Park and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within one-half day travel/fun!

Quick stop in a nice place.

Owner was very good about keeping us updated about property renovations. The updates are very nice. Kinda an awkward floor plan but very clean and nice stay. Note that there is a decent flight of stairs to get down to the property, so carry your belongings. Would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at the Sports Village was fantastic. The condo was perfect for our family. It was sparkling clean! The hosts were super! We had to call them around midnight because the key pad wasn't working but they answered and there was a key under the mat so we were able to get in. We will certainly stay there again!

Great Stay

We booked this property for our girls night. It was a perfect location to our restaurant and easy to get to and from Tuachan. We had 7 adults stay and there was plenty of room to relax. The inside was a bit dated, but it was clean, in a great location, and fit our needs perfectly. We especially appreciated that everyone had a bed to sleep in. Beds were comfortable and clean. The owner was very quick to respond to a few questions we had, and was willing to provide us anything we needed. We only needed the one night for our stay and we were sad about that since there were other fun things included with the property like a hot tub, tennis courts, etc that we didn’t have time for. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to family/friends.

Nice home. Amazing views!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home design was older but the furnishings were modern and the home has definitely been remodeled to make it more functional as a rental. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The views over the valley were spectacular and well worth the price! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again! My only suggestions for improvement would be to tighten the screws of the bunk beds because they seemed to have loosened a bit with use and check that some of the lightbulbs don't need to be replaced. The light in the dining room wouldn't turn on, but we think it's because it was burnt out. Other than that, we had no complaints!

Amazing Stay

Wonderful!

Number one- this place was clean and it felt comfortable. AC/heater worked well, so that was a major plus!There was plenty of space and linens, (including pool towels, which was great) and the kitchen has good countertop space and plenty of seating for all of us. The outdoor eating option was delightful. The location was also beautiful and it seemed safe. The property amenities were nice, but not a huge draw for us, and the pool was pretty much always busy. The kitchen supplies were somewhat lacking and little confusing, but we got creative and made it work. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and vacation and would for sure book again!

Nice location but a few issues

The property is in a great location and is nicely updated. The kitchen was fully stocked and the condo was very clean, however there were a few problems. Many light bulbs are burnt out and the sliding back door in the kitchen has a broken lock. There is only one Amazon firestick for the 3 TVs in the house. The host did not answer my messages or pick up my first call.

The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. There weren’t any pictures of the bathrooms and now I know why. The shower curtain was orange with mold🤢 There we’re stray wires from the wall looped under the carpet. Weird!!!
