Comfortable and clean and spacious
Great spot I loved that there was a wagon with pool toys that we could pull back-and-forth from the pool with the kids. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. A little hard to communicate with manager as it seemed like it was a third party and they kept saying we don’t have access to the first floor which didn’t make any sense because the entrance is on the first floor along with the only kitchen. May be they were confused about the property. But either way we still enjoyed our stay!

Fall Break
Overall cleanliness was good. Location was good. Master Bedroom king mattress needs to be replaced, It felt like sleeping in a hammock. If the bikes and other items in the garage were for renter’s use they were unusable/broken. If not, then indicate for owner’s use only. If we had known, we would have brought our own “toys”. A foldable ping pong table would have been helpful.

The house has space for different age groups
We picked this house because of the amenities and layout. We are glad we did because the kids enjoyed the pool areas. The neighborhood was family friendly and the house had space for our different age groups to hang out. There is also a grocery store and gas station around the corner. There were issues that the maintenance crew addressed and the housekeeping crew will address for the next family.

Spacious, clean, great location!!
We had a fantastic stay here! It is spacious and has the perfect location. We love that the Harmons grocery store is so close for anything you need, and my kids loved swimming in the pool and playing at the water slides! We hope to come back soon!

Great Location - Filthy Carpet
The location of this property is excellent, and is roomy enough itself for a large group. At surface level, it is clean. The floors however, will not just leave the bottom of your feet dirty, they will leave your feet black. Even sitting on the carpet in the downstairs family room in white denim...would leave a dingy great all over your jeans. We ended up mopping all of the tile by hand after the first day. It took multiple buckets of water, and each bucket was pretty much black when we were done. You can tell a surface mop goes over it, but not a deep mop. The carpets were worse but there wasn't anything we could do about there. Also, there isn't really any cleaning products, beyond dish soap, and three packs of laundry soap, provided. I would recommend bringing a cleaner if you are prepping meals. I'm guessing they do not stock these items as it is a rental, but after prepping things like chicken, or cooking on the stove, we wanted to clean up thoroughly between each meal. The beds were VERY comfortable, and we appreciated that the grill had the gas line piped into the house so we didn't have to worry about running out of propane. Also, there is a very convenient wagon to haul your personal items to and from the pool or around the complex. The pickleball accessories were pretty hammered so we didn't bother with them. Overall, its a decent place. We enjoyed the layout of this place and that it had so many bathrooms. Would recommend for people who are okay leaving their shoes on in the house or do not need to sit on the carpet.
