The place we stayed at was really clean. There is only one parking spot but the additional parking was close by so that wasn’t an issue for us. The pool and pickleball courts were walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved the house, it was neat, clean, super quiet and the house not only look beautiful but it was clean, so do appreciate the bed sheets were clean and in overall everything was perfect.

At night the upstairs heater would not shut off, so I had to flip the breaker every night. The fancy thermostats are a nightmare

There was food on the "clean" dishes in the cabinet. The rugs in the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been washed in some time. The fridge was dirty. There were stains on the bedding. The beds also weren't very comfortable. We weren't overly happy with this specific unit as it definitely needs some TLC. Overall, the Ledges are a great place to stay and a good location with lots of things to do within 30 minutes.

Great family destination

When our Lake Powell trip fell through we needed a quick getaway. Our family enjoyed the pool and pickle ball. The lodging is beautiful and super comfy; a great place to just be together.
