This recently built 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private hot tub property sits on a hill side overlooking St George with views to the East (Zion) and South (Arizona/NV) for sensational sunsets. Enjoy a short hike to stand on the red sand stone cliffs and take in a full spectrum of the beauty we call St George.

This home is designed for temporary housing - 28 days or longer - and is ideal for relocations, short-term work assignments, winter visitors etc.

This home has a private hot tub - service included in rents.. Cost of rental includes utilities up to $200/month.
