Red Sands Retreat l Pool & Spa l Pets

Looking for relaxation, comfort and fun? Well you've found it at Sports Village! Perfect for couples and small families. You'll have exclusive access to all amenities such as pools, game rooms, basketball, tennis and much more.

This quiet condo is located in Sports Village Resort, 860 S Village Road, Saint George, UT 84770. It includes a private patio accessed from a sliding door (5 steps down) making it easier to bring the pets outside. We provide a pet cage (2x2x3) for your convenience. This is a lower level unit which has 5 stairs down to the patio door. To access the unit from inside the building, it is 9 stairs to the main building and 14 stairs down to get to our unit. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher for your private cooking experience. Kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. A regular 12 cup coffee pot as well as a single serve Keurig are in kitchen. Toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc. are supplied. You also have private access to a washer/dryer located in the unit.

You'll have a King size bed and a comfortable sofa with pull out memory foam queen size sleeper. There are extra sheets & blankets provided for the sofa bed located on top shelf in closet of bedroom. High speed wireless internet is provided along with a 70" wall mounted Smart TV in Living room with Hulu live. All included at no additional cost streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment.

There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check-in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

We LOVE our Guests and aim to provide a customized five-star experience for every stay.

Sports Village Amenities!!!
This is one of the top reasons people like to book with us, (besides the fact we love our guests and provide great accommodations ;). There is plenty to do to keep the whole family creating fun lasting memories. The rec center has most equipment to check out for no extra fee.
- Heated Pool ( a family pool-heated, jacuzzi, kiddie pool and a separate adult pool). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend. Hot tubs are open year round.
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

Wonderful location

We've got our dog and mountain bikes. This place did wonderful for both. Lots of places to walk the dog and more places to mountain bike. Best was Santa Clara petroglyphs for hiking and Zen for mountain biking.

Gotta love St George in the winter!

It was a perfect stay for our weekend in St George. It was a low price and accommodated our dog. The master bed was extremely firm and it was a little dated but we love Sports village so it was worth it. Worth the price.

Perfect for us.

Long weekend baseball tournament with our dog along for the ride. Everything was exactly how and what we needed. Loved the patio and the option to go directly outside from there. I'll definitely try to book this one next time and every time!

Great crash pad

Perfect place to stay if you’re getting out and adventuring in SW Utah. Between all the activities you can lounge by the pool or hit a tennis ball. Had a great stay!

Great Location

Location is great in town but away from rhe hustle and bustle. Unit is a bit dated and the facility could use some updating but overall we enjoyed it. We appreciated the washer dryer in unit and option for pets. Our daughter loved the pool and mini golf.

Nice stay with good amenities

Nice bottom floor condo with quick access to let our dog in and out. The condo is fairly dated and small but has everything you need. My wife and I enjoyed the pool and close access to trails. The condo development is about 10 minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay.

It was just like the listing. Basement unit, so very noisy from people above. You can hear everything. It was your basic, good for 2-night, stay! They welcome pets with open arms.

This is a good place if you have pets. Easy to keep clean and a safe place for them to stay. Easy access to let them out to potty and a gated patio if you want to leave them outside, if its not too hot.

Best/priced getaway

Everything was clean and orderly. We had everything we needed for our stay. Having the place fully stocked for our use made things so convenient. The flat screen with movies and tv shows were great for our evening down time. We were excited that it was pet friendly and they had plenty of places to do their duty. Trash cans were available anywhere we walked our two little dogs.

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. Extra detail to provided common items like cooking oil and sauces (we brought out own on oil and some other things). The additional towels for the pool were nice. We have three small dogs that were as comfortable as we were. The area is central for anyone's needs or adventures going to St George, Utah. We also want to say that we met many people and since our dogs are very lovely to everyone, the dogs, ourselves, and the people we met were a very positive experience. and that's why we can only give our stay 5 stars as that is the top here

Basic, clean, but can be loud

Overall good spot. A few things that might be helpful to know: Pros: clean, has the basics, comfortable beds. Basement-type location and tile floors great for pets. Parking is very convenient. Patio would probably stay cooler in summer due to lots of shade. Cons: basement location means limited natural light. Limited natural airflow- one window, patio door does not have a screen so can't leave open. VERY loud- every noise from upstairs carries, and noise also comes through the vents next to the main bed. The sound machine was thoughtful, but didn't really do much. Not the hosts' fault, just something to be aware of. As another guest mentioned, very few blankets/quilts so bring extras if you sleep cold. Hot tub was closed during our visit. There is also a list of chores to do when leaving, in addition to paying the cleaning fee. Overall, good basic budget place, but if you're a light sleeper, nights might be rough due to noise.

Business Trip

While this was a business trip… when I got back at the end of the day I didn’t feel like I was on business.The condo was calm and relaxing, and the property grounds were well up kept and had plenty of activities to entertain
