WRONG! I am disturbed by this review...frankly..if the renters would have taken the time to read the descriptions of this vrbo it explains everything clearly. This is ridiculous; if you don't take the time to read the description and you are getting exactly how it is described there's nothing more to be done. There is a queen air mattress, which is explained, that is used in the great room if needed...again, take the time to read the description and you will see exactly what is available. It is a 4 bedrooms property, it was never stated that it was 5. There is never from what I've known a "bed" in a great room...it was explained that the queen air mattress is for the great room in the description...which they never used... Next time Carrie, due diligence would be appreciated, instead of being rude in the review please. The owner was called, which is fine, we are always there to help. It was explained, over the phone that there is no "bed" in the great room, but a queen air mattress as explained in the description. Yes, there are sleeping bags, as well as a toddler air mattress and a pac and play for an infant if you want to get into particulars. We have had groups of up to 14 people, adults, and children alike, who have loved their stay at this vrbo property. We have had positive interactions with everyone who has been at this vrbo location, and never have experienced this type of attitude as of yet. Clearly there is NO misrepresentation of the beds that are available at this property, and this group will not be welcome back in the future

Pleasant guests Were pleasant to deal with, respectful, left house clean.

Addressing issues: 1. In the description of the fourth bedroom, it clearly states there is a futon, that comes with full bedding that is labeled in the closet. There is a computer as well as a TV in said room for guests to use. 2. The treats are purchased new and switched out with each visit. The mints and chocolates were gone, so I guess some of the treats were to their liking. 3. The cleaning company that we use is highly recommended, as well, we walk through after each cleaning to make sure it is up to our standards before guests arrive. We did a walk through literally hours before Deborah arrived and the house was spotless. Our cleaning company uses a blue light, and white glove test per our request. We’ve never had anything but compliments on cleanliness… 4. Hammocks are hammocks, they do twist… 5. This home has stairs, as can be seen in the photos, I’m not sure what the issue is there? 6. This house resides in a residential area of families. A very quiet and kind neighborhood, that we have been associated with for over 20 years. We have no more control over neighbors curb appeal or parking on any street than anyone else would. We do however have an attached garage, with a three car driveway available to use. I am concerned about what the issue is here. Let me also state clearly, this forum is not a place for judging other peoples vehicles, and other peoples yards being a “eye sore” is relative and has nothing to do with having guests at this house. 7. Our phone number for contact that we are more than willing to share is listed clearly in the house rules, that you will find in not one, but two places in this home. The refrigerator, and the table in the foyer as you walk in the front door. Our number is clearly visible and available. We have communicated frequently with past guests. We are sorry that Deborah stay was not to her liking. Deborah left the house clean, but in future we would like to know when a guest has broken something, so that it can be repaired/replaced…and not found by us taped as a quick fix, so that this house is in good standing for the next guests to arrive. In the past we have been listed through another agency , and have had nothing but wonderful reviews and hope to continue serving guests at this residence in a positive and enjoyable way in the foreseeable future.
