"This was a beautiful hotel and the location is excellent. The property is in the main central location close to Liroux port and above the central square. Everything in the unit was new and it was so clean and elegant. The shower was perfect and the layout of the unit was great. "Astir was literally across the street from the ocean. I did not have a full ocean view from my room, but I could see it from my balcony on the side of the building. It was a single room, so the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely room for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a bar open in the afternoon/evening with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. "

"The apartment is in a very central position in Lixouri. Ideal for the square, the ferry and all that Lixouri has to offer. The apartment was clean when we arrived, was cleaned once during our stay - perfect for us. It is well refurbished and had all the amenities we needed and as described. We had good sleeps (apart from the church bells on Sunday morning but this is to be expected in any Greek town). Good bed and pillows. Excellent blinds to keep it dark. Very nice balcony for two people...

"A fabulous property in the most perfect spot. A short walk into Lassi, pebbly beach and sandy beach within close proximity. There are a few stairs as the property is set out over quite a wide expanse, and is set on a hill side. Beachside rooms have the most amazing views. There are also bungalows with outdoor sunbeds to watch the sunset."

"My gf and I went and it was great, the main pool was practically free most of the time due to the personal pools most rooms had. The room pool it’s self was lovely and a nice size, although if you get too close to the edge you can see/are visible to other rooms as the walls either side ends. Each morning you get a lovely breakfast basket of bread/pastries and then select your main dish from the menu. Really enjoyed!"

"Start at the beginning, 5 minute drive from the airport although you wouldn't know it when you arrive, you get an incredible view of the planes landing but they are far enough away that you really can barely hear them (something I had considered when booking, needn't have worried).What 3 words is a fantastic tool for finding your way there as it would be easy to miss the tiny driveway. John was there to meet us and give us all the information we needed about the villa and the surroundings, he really is a mine of information and nothing is too much trouble. Villa Flora has everything you could ever need for a perfect holiday, the kitchen is well equipped, every bedroom has an en -suite shower room, comfortable living area, an abundance of outdoor seating and dining options and balconies to admire the absolutely stunning vista, especially at sunset. The welcome package of essential treats including milk, bread, eggs, cheese, honey,wine,beer and more was a lovely touch and meant we didn't have to go find groceries straight after a long day travelling. The pool, gardens and surrounding areas are beautifully presented and perfectly clean. Pool guys pop in twice weekly and are very unobtrusive. Plenty of options for a stroll in the surrounding lush countryside. Short drive or an ambitious walk to local shop, bakery and plenty of excellent options for eating out, again trust John for his recommendations. Absolutely would love to come back, maybe next year. "We had an early flight on arrival and our hosts Nikos & Tania had prepared the villa and arranged for us to check in earlier which was great. They are a lovely couple, extremely welcoming and friendly, great communication and nothing was too much trouble. This is reflected in how they look after their wonderful villa which was super clean and a lovely surprise welcome pack of essentials waiting in the fridge to begin the vacation. The villa is on a beautiful plot with its own shaded parking. Tania & Nikos changed bedding and towels 3 times during our stay and arranged for the pool to be cleaned every other day, super attentive. The villa is so peaceful, set looking over an olive grove/field and mountain in the distance, very private great to relax and enjoy the pool. Recommend a car as a little remote which we were aware of and a reason we chose the villa, approx 7 miles from Argostoli, lots to explore various beaches/pretty towns, etc. Great time on this vacation wouldn't hesitate to go back to villa Tania Dio.
