I found the rate they charged for the room was high especially considering the condition of the property and the rates offered at other hotels in the area that had more updated rooms for less. They also charged a 4% fee to pay with a credit card which was disappointing. "

"Words cannot describe how much I appreciate this hotel. This was my third stay and 6th room bookings and they were all exceptional. Clean, quiet, great food, Landry room accessible (quick wash only 15 mins), it was all so so good. The breakfast buffet spread is great and the staff are all very nice. I am bilingual so communication was crystal clear, however I recommend that they get more English speaking or bilingual staff. Also very economical. Thank you Royal. "
