"The hotel is nice overall, but it's showing its age. The furniture is old and cracked. The bathroom fixtures are worn down, and the shower isn't working properly. Even though it’s a Sheraton Luxury Collection hotel, almost everything feels dated and no longer meets today’s standards."

Staff promised it would be fixed and provided numerous excuses. The tv had one English-speaking channel: Al Jazeera. The manager/owner 'fixed' it...for a matter of minutes.
