This classic Black Bear Traditions 1064 square foot townhouse includes 2,100 ft of shared frontage on the 980 acre full rec lake with assigned boat slip, sand beach, and playgrounds. Enjoy your Master KING bedroom suite with jacuzzi tub and full bath. .The second bedroom includes two twin beds. The open concept living room has a sleeper sofa.
