The property is a 3rd level condo in the gated neighborhood of St. James. Enjoy views of the golf course and nature. It features 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and even a kitchenette in the 2nd bedroom. The balcony is peaceful and comfortable with furniture and serenity. An easy drive to the quaint town of historic Southport and 12 minutes to Oak Island beaches. A screened in balcony opens to view the secluded tree-lined property and beautiful golf course. Enjoy fishing at the pier on the inter coastal waterway, walking and biking trails, as well as the private St. James Beach Club on Oak Island. Long term rental available at a discount. Pets welcomed with a fee.

My daughter and family all told me that they enjoyed it. We will keep it in mind for future family and friends who need someplace to stay. Perhaps my daughter might respond to you herself. (Having not personally been in the unit, I cannot answer the 1st couple questions. Just to get it to work I put in a couple lower ratings. Disregard them.)
