This welcoming property is perfect for a maximum of 6 guests looking for a superb stay. AC units in each room, flat screen smart TV with cable and a washer and dryer specific for Conch Villa Vista guests. To make your stay even more enjoyable we provide from beach chairs, beach towels and coolers to a full kitchen equipped with appliances so you can enjoy your morning breakfast and the view of St Thomas & Pilsbury Sound right from the comfort of the covered porch. This location was perfect for us. The host was very responsive as we were checking in and had minor issues. There were some nice extras in the condo (coolers, travel yetis) and the washer room (floatie noodles, chairs, and a sun cabana!). We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed ample. Parking was tight, but people were considerate and made it work. It’s pricey like everything on the island, and I would recommend this condo.
