The well-equipped kitchen features high-quality cookware, sharp knives, and everything you need to prepare meals at home on days when you’re not enjoying one of the island’s many excellent restaurants.

High-speed internet is available throughout the space if you need to stay connected, and a Bluetooth speaker and smart TVs let you bring your personalized music and entertainment choices with you to the islands.

The comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom will ensure a good night’s sleep. A pull-out queen bed in the living room can accommodate up to one additional guest.

The newly renovated bathroom now features a full-size walk-in shower and a beautiful mosaic tile floor, and all the necessary towels and bath products are provided. You also will find bathrobes, a hair dryer, a clothes steamer, and a retractable clothes line in the shower.

Hit the beach with ease –we provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a shade tent. We also have two coolers - a backpack cooler or a hard sided cooler, as well as frozen ice packs. If you need to borrow snorkels, fins, or beach games, just ask! There are also paddleboards available for your use during your stay.

Additional features in the condo include a safe for valuables, a reading library with local guidebooks, board games, an acoustic guitar, a yoga mat, binoculars, and other personal touches.

Shared Serendip amenities include a sparkling plunge pool and pool deck, a gas BBQ grill, guest laundry, UV-filtered water, and trash bins. The property also features a stable backup power system complete with batteries and solar panels.

Parking is on-site and free for guests. Coral is located in the lower building on the top floor, which is up one flight of stairs from street level. Serendip is located on a steep grade, and accessing overflow parking and amenity areas will require guests to be able to climb and descend stairs.
