Perfect for friends or families wanting to vacation together. This gorgeous property is newly built, features a 70” Smart TV flat screen in living, additional TV in one Bdrm, two beautiful bedrooms with closet, chest drawers in each room both bedrooms with king beds, and ceiling fans. Perfect for a relaxing stay with family or a romantic interlude for two couples. A short 10 minute walk to restaurants, grocers, shops, pickleball and tennis MultiSport courts. Return AC temperature to 75degrees. Do not place AC below 70 degrees to avoid damage/fees. Turn off small appliances. Place all used towels in hampers. No need to strip beds. Please do not move beds
